Welcome! I’m so happy you’ve joined my Take10 movement coaching program.

My name’s Petra, and I’m a movement coach. In fact, I’m now YOUR movement coach, so, hi!

I’m really interested in moving more and moving better in my own life, and sharing what I’ve learned with you.

My life has been transformed since I started moving more consciously and carefully. Movement work has improved my health, brought me joy, and increased the pleasure I get from living in my body. I’m even pretty excited about getting older since I am now fully expecting to be stronger and more able when I’m 75 than I was when I was 25. I’m really happy to be here to share this amazing work with you, so let’s get started!

I’m going to tell you a bit about what you can expect in this program.

#1 A weekly exercise session

First of all, you’re going to get a weekly exercise class. Around 10 minutes of exercises that are designed to move your body in healthy ways, and also to help you learn about how your body moves. They’re going to help you start getting your entire body moving, right down to the cells. This means you’ll learn to move some of your body parts that might have been unknowingly neglected your entire life.

Getting these bits moving is incredibly rewarding and empowering, but also incredibly good for you. Cells that are moved regularly get more oxygen, have better waste removal, and actually reproduce better, which means you’re optimizing your genetics. Cool, right?

Unmoved body parts are actually kind of starving. No wonder modern, sedentary humans get sick and slow down! That means, these little workouts are basically a superfood smoothie for your cells, made out of movement instead of berries. Each time you practice, your current self is writing a love note to your future self. So I encourage you to do your best to practice every day, unless that’s stressful, in which case, just do what you can!

#2 Extra bonus tips and goals

As well as the exercise sessions, I’m going to give you some extra tips and guidance in the bonus materials. This will change depending on the week and what I think will help you the most.

Most weeks, I’ll also give you a Real Life movement goal, to help you export the lessons from your Take10 class into your regular life. This will seriously increase the amount of goodness you get from your movement practice, so I encourage you to try them out.

#3 Live coaching calls

Finally, we’ll do a live check in call the last Saturday of every month so that you can ask questions and we can get to know each other a bit more. Of course, I’ll also be around our Facebook group regularly in case anything comes up earlier.

I can’t wait to get started and get moving! But before we do, make sure to check out the Tips for Success video (and all the other materials in this section) so that you’re fully prepared to start moving.

P.S. I changed the name of this program at the last minute - right after I shot these videos. I'm going to get them fixed up, but I wanted to get everything started so you could get moving sooner.
